Hi Readers,
When someone were to say that they treasure someone, are they meaning that they are trying to cherish that person or are they pointing to another meaning? I wrote about “cherishing” yesterday. Frankly speaking, treasuring someone is not just cherishing someone, it holds alot of meanings to it. Many people do not know the differences between treasuring and cherishing. That is why as promised yesterday, i’ll be writing on “Treasuring”
Different people have different meaning of treasuring. Treasuring is an action or a prove of action that you are doing in your current situation. Think about your family members or friends who is currently alive, what if they were to leave tomorrow? By the time you got hold of that news, you have not even started to treasure them. Treasuring have to be shown through actions, actions that make people thing that you really care and love for that person when he or she is alive.
Have you wondered why is it that only after a person leave this world then they start to realize that they did not treasure them. Isn’t it too late to regret? Why do people break into tears only after the person leave this world? Only if they did treasure that person when he or she is alive, they will not have regrets nor be guilty which will be a burden in life as it lives with them forever through the process of growing.
It’s not late knowing that you can still treasure people around you, even if the person whom you love have left this world, you can still treasure the memories you have had with him or her. Treasuring like i said have different meanings. life stills goes on, but do start on learning how to appreciate them, cherish them and treasure them. As you will never know when they are leaving this world. It’s never too late to show someone how much you care and love for that person.

Wow I think this post is very similar to that of yesterday’s. Anyway, for me, I think the basic difference of cherishing and treasuring is that, you can’t say you cherish earthly things like jewelry, etc., instead you treasure them. However, when it comes to loving a person, or a living thing, you can say you both cherish and treasure it. xD Not much of a difference. haha. I also think it is not important to be treasured by a lot of people if you don’t know how to treasure back.

i hate being taken forgranted by people and i hate to do it to them too.. This is why i cherish/treasure all of my friends.. whether it is online or real life because to me, it doesn’t really make a difference.. as long as i care for that person, i’m good

It is sad when someone that u really treasuring of, dont appreciate u, or worse, keep hurting ur feeling. I really hate this kind of people.
