Hi Readers,

How has everyone been? Today is Monday and of course many of us have Monday blues. It has been a tiring week and i believe within this week many things have already happened. The place we work or a group never be smooth if there is people sowing discord among a group,friends,class or even company. I believe that humans did not sow discord among themselves intentionally, they just do not realize it sometimes. So today i will be writing about “Sowing Discord”.

Sowing discord literally means to cause a unpleasant situation or to disrupt harmony within people, i believe this is a common within the working society. In a company, staffs sow discord among themselves and internal political starts because of this. Isn’t it funny how come humans don’t realize that they are sowing discord among themselves, many will give reasons and deny the fact that they are actually sowing discord.

I would say that this is a common thing in life and human just do notice it, most of the time it is unintentional. I believe this is all part of us, this is one of the aspect that is hardest to understand and even though it happens. We will never know it has already happened.

Sowing discord happens within families,friends,school,company. Is it necessary for this to happen? i beg to differ though, many of us unintentionally sow discord and they themselves do not know that they were doing this. It’s not justify to say that humans sow discord among themselves for personal benefits.

Many things happens within split seconds, what is most important is the understanding within the happening.
