Prioritizing

Hi Readers,

Today was a dreadful day! It was tiring and the whole process i didn’t get to know about anything, managed to ask a few questions only. Okay back to today writing, We have lot’s of given task or task that has to be completed within a time frame, it is important that we prioritize our work, understanding our priorities will help us complete the work faster, making us know the importance of our work and the difference of our pleasures. So today i will be writing about “Prioritizing”.

What do we know about priorities? We have lots of things do to daily but there is only such amount of time we have,we were told to always do the most important one before we do others. But how many actually do that? I believe none does that, it was told that people do not know how to place their priorities in life, they would go by the flow of what they do everyday or either the same routine of stuffs.

Prioritizing is important as we would know what is the most important task to be completed first before we go to the next one, however it’s not just planning it, we need have priorities in doing our daily work. Simply to say most humans does not know what to place in their priorities. Not only that, even if we do know how to prioritize our things, human prioritized it wrongly. Some would go for games over studies, sleep over studies, artist over work, fashion over studies.

I’m not telling anyone of you reader to have priorities in life, only change because you are committed to change, don’t change because someone have told you so. It’s all lies down to yourself, change the impossible. Enjoy reading!

“The key is not to prioritize what’s on your schedule, but to schedule your priorities.” Quoted by Stephen Covey

  3. It’s like when you make a numbered list… you really… don’t do what’s in there first then down to the last number… you just see what you can do and cannot do… and usually the “priority” is something hard… hard to do, hard to get… so it takes time to meet it.

  8. Hmm this article makes me think of the word ‘proactive’ :D maybe you can do an article on that too! (:

but overall the article is quite general i suppose.

  9. Sielok: thank you well it is complete if they can fix the puzzle themselves, i can’t write it too detailed, if not it won’t be for readers.

  10. Well, prioritising is an essential part of life. Sometimes we do it consciously, sometimes at the subconscious level. In the morning when I wake up, I’m in a rush to go to work, and then what do I do? I just brush and shower grab a bite and run off. Now that is also prioritising. That is ti say, we do prioritize in everyday life, not so much realize that we do all the time. On the occasions that we don’t it’s usually due to a reason. My two pennies.

As regards to your article, I liked reading it, and it gave me something to think about. Maybe you are right and things need to be more orderly in life. We shall see.

    Cheers.

  11. I have to say one thing we don’t just prioritize our work but also prioritize our goals to help us determine a direction, assess whether or not we are on track, and provides an opportunity for us to celebrate our achievements.
