Stress

Hi Readers,

It’s been a long and tough week. Next week is my mid-semester test and i was studying this few days hence this article is written late. Everyone has been through a state of stress where we began to pressure ourselves, humans are stress for work, studies, money, relationship and many other different factors. So today i will be talking about “Stress”.

Stress is the emotional and physical strain caused by our response to pressure from the outside world. Humans are prone to stress because of pressure receive from people, friends, family, political and other problems. It’s almost impossible to live without some stress in life, everything we do can implicate us and causes us to have some stress.

I saw many people having stress over jobs, over money and even over relationship, stress has been a force of breakdown for some. however stress can also beĀ  force of living to us, the amount of stress we have reflect the amount of work we can do within a time span, or rather the reflection of us.

Stress can be said to be good and bad, we can adversely change the bad stress into a good stress by having a right attitude. My own personal view would be that stress is a good thing, it pushes me towards what i would want to attain. I won’t say that stress is bad either, both have it’s good and bad point.

Stress is something that we can’t just take it away. However don’t be too stressful for all life is never ending. I am having stress as i am having exam however i change this stress into something more enjoyable :)

  4. im physically and emotionally stressed as of now. i dunno. ive been through alot this month alone. i dunno how to handle all my problems at first but when i sat in the corner, and contemplated, it helped me ease the pain and it made me more relaxed.

    if you dunno how to handle stress, then u sure dont know how to hanlde life’s misfortunes and heatraches.

    just dont let the feeling stay with u longer coz ul end up being suicidal or even go crazy.

  5. First week of my college life I don’t encounter some pressure :D Maybe when exams/projects will come then It will be a stressful way :) )
